1. Agreement

By accessing or using HypnoFantasyAudio ("Service", "we", "us") at hypnofantasyaudio.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this Service. Use of the Service constitutes your representation that you are of legal age to view adult content in your jurisdiction.

2. Description of service

HypnoFantasyAudio provides an AI-assisted tool that generates personalized erotic self-hypnosis audio files (MP3 format) based on user-supplied text prompts. The Service includes:

• A free preview of approximately the first minute of generated audio.
• A paid full-length audio session (approximately 10–30 minutes depending on the script).
• A script editor allowing the user to refine the AI-generated text before audio rendering.

3. Purchases and payment

The current price for the full audio session is $19.99 USD (one-time payment). Prices may change; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

Payments are processed by CCBill, a licensed payment processor. Your billing statement will show a discreet descriptor. We do not store your payment card details.

By completing a purchase you authorize us to charge the displayed amount through CCBill.

4. Delivery

After successful payment:

• Your full audio file will be rendered and delivered to the email address you provided, typically within 5–15 minutes.
• A download link will also be available immediately via the order confirmation page.
• Download links are valid for 7 days from delivery.

If you do not receive your file within 30 minutes, contact us at hypnofantasyaudio@gmail.com with your order reference.

5. Refund policy

Because our product is a digitally generated file that is rendered specifically for you upon purchase, we do not offer refunds once the audio file has been delivered.

If you experience a technical failure (file not delivered, corrupted file, or generation error), we will re-render and re-deliver your audio at no charge, or issue a full refund if re-delivery is not possible.

To request support, email hypnofantasyaudio@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your order ID.

6. Licence and permitted use

Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:

• Download and retain one copy of the audio file for your personal use.
• Play the file on your personal devices indefinitely.

You may not:

• Distribute, share, sell, or publicly perform the audio file.
• Upload the file to streaming platforms, torrent sites, or any public platform.
• Use the file for commercial purposes or as part of another product.
• Remove or obscure any watermarks or metadata embedded in the file.

7. User content

You are solely responsible for the fantasy prompt text you submit. You warrant that your submission:

• Does not depict or request content involving minors in any sexual context.
• Does not constitute harassment, incitement to violence, or content that is otherwise illegal in your jurisdiction.
• Does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates these requirements, without refund.

You grant us a limited, temporary licence to process your prompt solely for the purpose of generating your audio. We do not use your content to train AI models or share it with third parties beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent age verification.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our AI prompts or generation pipeline.
• Use automated tools to generate bulk orders or abuse the preview system.
• Misrepresent your identity or provide false email addresses.
• Use the Service if you are subject to sanctions that prohibit purchasing digital goods from us.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• The generated audio will meet your specific expectations (subjective satisfaction is not guaranteed).
• The Service will be available without interruption.
• The hypnotic or relaxation effects described are medically verified.

The content is intended for adult entertainment purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HypnoFantasyAudio and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our maximum liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
