1. Who we are
HypnoFantasyAudio ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at hypnofantasyaudio.com and provides personalized erotic fantasy audio products. Your privacy is not a feature — it is the foundation of our service.
2. What data we collect
We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide our service:
- Fantasy prompt and script — The text you enter, and the script generated from it. We store both so we can render your audio and help you if delivery fails.
- Email address — Collected at checkout to deliver your MP3 file. We do not use it for marketing without explicit consent.
- Payment data — Checkout is a one-time cryptocurrency payment through NOWPayments. We store the order id, amount, and payment status. We never see or store your wallet keys or any card number.
- Audio files — The preview and the full MP3. Preview links expire after about 1 hour. Each full-audio link lasts about 7 days. Opening the success page from your delivery email creates a new link while the file is still stored. Save the MP3.
- Session data — A temporary session ID in sessionStorage (not a cookie) that ties the wizard steps together. It expires when you close the tab.
- Ad click id — If you arrive from an ad, we keep that click id in sessionStorage under
hfa_aclid for this tab, and we save it on the order at checkout. When a payment is confirmed, our server sends that click id, the order id, and the amount to the advertising network (TrafficJunky) so the ad can be counted. We do not send your email, prompt, or script. - Funnel events — We record on our own server that you confirmed your age, played the sample, played a preview, or started checkout, with the session id and ad click id when those exist. These events are not sent to a third-party analytics platform.
- Log data — Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) retained for up to 30 days for security purposes.
3. How we use your data
- To generate your personalized hypnosis script and audio file.
- To deliver your purchased MP3 to the email address you provide.
- To process your cryptocurrency payment through NOWPayments.
- To maintain service security and prevent abuse.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not build profiles or use your fantasy content for any purpose other than generating your requested audio.
4. Data retention
We keep what we need to render, deliver, and support your order:
- Prompt, script, and order row — kept until you email us and ask us to delete them. Payment amount, status, and order id may be kept longer where tax law requires it.
- Download links — preview links last about 1 hour. Each full-audio signature lasts about 7 days and is replaced when you open the success page. The file stays in private storage until you ask us to delete the order. A separate copy on the audio server is removed on a cleanup cycle of about 60 days.
- Email address — kept with the order so we can re-send a file or answer a support request. Email us if you want it deleted.
To ask for deletion, email hypnofantasyaudio@gmail.com with the address you used at checkout. We will delete the prompt, script, and email where we are not required to keep a payment record.
5. Third-party processors
We use the following processors, each bound by their own privacy policy:
- NOWPayments — Cryptocurrency payment processing. See nowpayments.io/privacy-policy.
- Supabase — Database and file storage. Data is stored in EU-West regions. See supabase.com/privacy.
- xAI — Text-to-speech voice synthesis. Your script text is transmitted to xAI solely for audio generation. See x.ai/privacy.
- Venice AI — Script generation. Your fantasy prompt is transmitted to Venice AI for script creation. See venice.ai/privacy.
- Cloudflare — CDN and DDoS protection. See cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
- TrafficJunky — When a paid order carries an ad click id and a postback URL is configured, we send that click id, the order id, and the amount. We do not send the fantasy text or the email address.
6. Cookies and tracking
We use no third-party tracking cookies and no full-page advertising pixel. Purchase counting, when configured, is a server request after payment, described above. The only storage we use in your browser is:
hfa_session_id in sessionStorage — a random ID for the current wizard session. Cleared when you close the tab.hfa_age_verified in localStorage — records that you confirmed you are 18+. Cleared when you clear site data.hfa_aclid in sessionStorage — the ad click id, only when the link you opened included one. Cleared when you close the tab. A copy is saved on the order at checkout.hfa_ev_age_ok, hfa_ev_demo_played, hfa_ev_preview_played, and hfa_ev_checkout_started in sessionStorage — so each of those events is recorded once per tab.
7. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Request access to personal data we hold about you.
- Request deletion of your personal data.
- Object to or restrict processing of your data.
- Data portability (receive your data in a structured format).
To exercise these rights, email hypnofantasyaudio@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Children
This service is strictly for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data, contact us immediately and we will delete it.
9. Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. Your prompt and script are stored in our database and sent to the processors named above only to generate your script and audio. We do not use your content to train our own models. Access to the database and the private audio bucket is limited to the service.
10. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
