1. Who we are
HypnoFantasyAudio ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at hypnofantasyaudio.com and provides personalized erotic self-hypnosis audio products. Your privacy is not a feature — it is the foundation of our service.
2. What data we collect
We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide our service:
- Fantasy prompt — The text you enter to describe your scenario. This is processed to generate your script and audio, then permanently deleted from our servers after your order is fulfilled (or within 24 hours for previews).
- Email address — Collected at checkout to deliver your MP3 file. We do not use it for marketing without explicit consent.
- Payment data — Processed entirely by CCBill, our payment processor. We never see, store, or transmit your full card number.
- Session data — A temporary session ID stored in your browser's sessionStorage (not a cookie) to tie wizard steps together. It expires when you close the tab.
- Log data — Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) retained for up to 30 days for security purposes.
3. How we use your data
- To generate your personalized hypnosis script and audio file.
- To deliver your purchased MP3 to the email address you provide.
- To process your payment through CCBill.
- To maintain service security and prevent abuse.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not build profiles or use your fantasy content for any purpose other than generating your requested audio.
4. Data retention
Your fantasy prompt and generated script are processed in memory and stored only as long as needed to complete your order:
- Preview sessions: deleted within 24 hours of generation.
- Purchased orders: your script is deleted after your full audio is rendered. Your MP3 download link remains active for 7 days.
- Email address: retained for up to 90 days for order support, then deleted.
- Payment records: retained as required by law (typically 7 years) for tax and compliance purposes, but your sensitive content is never part of these records.
5. Third-party processors
We use the following processors, each bound by their own privacy policy:
- CCBill — Payment processing. See ccbill.com/privacy-policy.
- Supabase — Database and file storage. Data is stored in EU-West regions. See supabase.com/privacy.
- xAI — Text-to-speech voice synthesis. Your script text is transmitted to xAI solely for audio generation. See x.ai/privacy.
- Venice AI — Script generation. Your fantasy prompt is transmitted to Venice AI for script creation. See venice.ai/privacy.
- Cloudflare — CDN and DDoS protection. See cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
6. Cookies and tracking
We use no third-party tracking cookies, no advertising pixels, and no analytics platforms that identify you individually. The only storage we use in your browser is:
hfa_session_id in sessionStorage — a random ID for the current wizard session. Cleared when you close the tab.hfa_age_confirmed in localStorage — records that you confirmed you are 18+. Cleared when you clear site data.
7. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Request access to personal data we hold about you.
- Request deletion of your personal data.
- Object to or restrict processing of your data.
- Data portability (receive your data in a structured format).

8. Children
This service is strictly for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data, contact us immediately and we will delete it.
9. Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. Your fantasy content is processed in isolated, ephemeral environments and is never used for training AI models. We follow industry-standard security practices including encryption at rest and access controls.
10. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
